This month we would like to focus on Commercial Mortgages, dealing with commercial real estate financing. For a first mortgage real estate loan, we can find funding for “A”, “B”, and “C” credit holders.

For an owner occupied “A” credit loan, under the SBA 504 program, one could receive up to 15 million, and under the conventional program, one could receive at most 30 million. The term for these two loans is up to 25 years fully amortized. For a non-owner occupied “A” credit loan, a credit tenant can receive up to 30 million, and a non-credit tenant can receive at most 5 million. The loan term for these is a match remaining lease term.

For “B” and “C” credit loans, one could have a minimum credit score of 570 and still be approved under certain circumstances.
